This is one of the two reports that have been made on mutations provoked in laboratories of the flu virus to prepare (H5N1), and that the White House hurried to censor. To be more exact, National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity, clerk of the North American Government, didn't want that the study was published; the alternative, of the Government that summarized versions were published, of reference. That happened in the month of December. The escusa was that it could be used terrorist confines.

The study this elaborated by Yoshihiro Kawaoka, of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
