US Teen Bites Family Bulldog - Charged With Animal Cruelty

Most of us, sometime or other has heard of dogs biting human beings, but have you ever heard of a human being biting a dog? How bizarre, can it really get!!!

Well, an inebriated American Teen is alleged to have bitten her bulldog during a squabble with her mother at their Lake in the Hills home in Chicago, Illinois on Monday, April 30.

According to reports, neighbors called in the police on hearing high-pitched shouting and pounding coming from the Garner’s family home.

On arriving at the scene police found 19-year-old Analise Garner hitting and scratching her mother’s face. She had even bit her mother on the right hand in the midst of the quarrel, informed the police.

What was shocking was that the enraged American teen had apparently even inflicted three bite marks on the family's 80-pound English bulldog’s back, which were clearly visible through its white fur.

Police Sergeant Mike Smith, however, conceded "The bulldog finally did bite her back in self-defence." Then in a lighter vein the Sergeant quipped "There were no charges against the dog."

One police officer who was called home, said: “This is really a very sweet dog … He just defended himself the only way he knows how.”

Meanwhile, Analise Garner was taken to the hospital for treatment of wounds caused by the bulldog's defensive bite. The teen has now been charged with animal cruelty, domestic battery as also underage drinking.

Later, the American teen was released on a $3,000 bond. Phew, what a day it must have been for the unruly teen’s mother and the family dog.
