Ambivalent State of America: is it resolvable?

Barack Obama promised a new America. But is he truly in control of the reins of his supremacy? Now the country is said, like Britain, to be in a terrible mess.

The economy is up the spout for one thing. As with my own area in S Yorks schools face accusations of budget irregularities. Students are said to be often jobless and wallowing in debt. How can Mr Obama control all this?

The problems in the state of Virginia were put to him as a crucial part of what should be his political agenda recently. According to news reports he said what is the convenient thing and said it truly is an issue for social activists to get involved. How much of this type of thing can he take on?

His support network is said to be involved in sleaze if we take on board the international press reports about the US secret service. Britain is becoming a focus for international attention as the body in bag spy inquest takes the headlines. US agents are rumoured to have wallowed in drink and sleaze including prostitute liaisons. Are others in the White House involved in similar? Where is back up for top government who hopefully want to work at better amid a crushing workload? Who is playing with whom amid complex intrigues of the political arena?

The press in Britain at least also tend to suggest the 'taking out' of Gaddafi was more complex a situation then the mere cut and dried opinion that he was pure evil all along. There are still reports of torture that those who spoke out before he was identified as one to kill in opinion of the US, were actually tortured as if noone knew what they were doing as Libya temporarily bolstered financial coffers of English universities.

Reports of health care in US have read as most frightening to the vulnerable maybe. At present help for the sick is less secure than in Britain, for US runs a system of health care insurance. The healthcare bill was being rendered insecure, but as always they fight back and say it is being adjusted and noone will suffer.

Despite claims of the new Presidential Candidates that it is possible to stand for the pride of a great nation and make things better the current state of America suggests so many demerits and so much bad publicity for the government, that they maybe will fight a losing battle. One of them has had to step down from the Carcusus due to sleaze allegation.

That seems to be at the back of a lot, sleaze. The ambivalence of America leans heavily to one side, with problems outweighing advantages. The situation appears to be irresolvable. As it stands...
