
In this video pubic fact for UNESCO the day 27, they want to invite us to that nowadays 30 'all' we celebrate the 'Jazz Day.'
In November of 2011, during the General Conference of UNESCO, it was proclaimed April 30 like “International Day Jazz." It is sought to sensitize to the international community of the virtues of the jazz like an educational tool, and also of their great force for the Peace.

New Orleans, a special Concert to the dawn in the birthplace of the jazz, New Orleans, and in parallel to "New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival", with Herbie Hancock, Terence Blanchard, Ellis Marsalis, Dianne Reeves, Kermit Ruffins, Bill Summers, Treme Brass Band, Jeff 'Tain' Watts, Dr Michael White, Luther Gray, Roland Guerin and together with other companies.
New York, Co-organized for the General Directress of UNESCO, Irina Bokova, the Ambassador from the United States before (U.S.) the United Nations, Susan Ruffles, and the Ambassador of Good Will of UNESCO, Herbie Hancock, a special concert in the room of the General Assembly of the United Nations; they participated: Angelique Kidjo, Wynton Marsalis, Hugh Masekela, Shankar Mahadevan, etc.
