According to the Daily Mail, scientists have studied eating habitsof 972 people chocolate at the average age is 57, not heart disease.

The researchers examined the lifestyle, the number of times a week and eat chocolate BMI of those surveyed.

The results showed that people who eat chocolate regularly have a BMI less.

Dr. Beatrice Golomb at the University of California at San Diego(USA), who led the study, said: "Through research, we suggest that the combination of calories, not the number of calories affectof body weight. In the case of chocolate, this is good news for people who regularly eat chocolate and who want to try it. "

This result was published in the medical journal Archives ofInternal Medicine.
