A Father Was A Victim Of Doctors Mistakes

It happened in Berlin, Germany.

An innocent father was billed to pay for the support of his own blood unwanted twins. As I had red in the norwegian newspaper.

He was a father of a boy and a girl twins to his ex-live-in partner. Before they separated she was not pregnant. They had a frozen sperms in a laboratory if in case they can't have a baby without the help of articial way. That was their planned before they got separated.

After a months of separation the girl went to their doctor and said that her husband had no time to be with her today because of his hectic work schedule so she went alone to take an artificial help and to become a mom. A doctor had remembered, they were both eager to had a baby but without knowing that they had no connections at that time.

So the doctor had planted the sperms until the babies born. The government sent an obligatory note for an obligatory bill to the father. The father wasn't seen the child and didn't know about it until the mother claimed for payments.

The father filed a case against the doctor and they doctor was pretty admitted the mistakes though it was mothers fault of giving incorrect information and because of the rules says, that the 2 parties supposed to be in place before the agreement, so the doctor was been played guilty and oblidge to pay for the child support until they reach 18, instead of a father. Luckily because of the mother's dishonesty, the doctor will pay the lowest amount to support the children.

My advice, be careful sperm donors, you might hit the trap.
