NHL 2012 Playoffs - Western Conference First Round Predictions

The NHL Western Conference Semifinals begin tonight. Let's take a look at both matchups.

#4 Nashville Predators vs #6 Phoenix Coyotes. The Coyotes were lucky last series because they were able to punk out the Blackhawks. Nashville will be the predators in this series.

Pick: Nashville in six.

#2 St. Louis Blues vs #8 Los Angeles Kings. Will the Cinderella run of the Kings continue? Nope. The Blues are tougher on defense.

Pick: St. Louis in five.
