5. Justin Blackmon - WR - Oklahoma State.

The Jaguars moved up to #5 in order to jump past the Rams so that they could draft Blackmon. Blackmon was the main reason Oklahoma State offense was so efficient last season because he was unguardable in single coverage, which forced teams to double cover him even in four and five receiver sets. Blackmon will immediately help a team that needs wide receivers.
