'Turtle Boy' Successful Surgery in Colombia - Photos

(Check It Out! Pictures!) BOGOTA, Colombia- A boy named Didier Montalvo also called as 'Turtle Boy' from a rural village in Colombia undergone a successful surgery which was performed by plastic surgeon Neil Bulstrode.

The 6-year-old 'Turtle Boy' can now live a normal life after the successful operation of his giant birthmark or a huge mole on his back. The giant mole appeared like a turtle shell on the boy's back which according to superstitious beliefs in their area it was an evil hand's work.

Doctor Neil Bulstrode said that, the case of the boy was a result of rare condition called Congenital Melanocytic Nevus (CMN). It's not yet malignant, but there's possibilities it become cancerous in the future, Dr. Bulstrode added.
