News Update: Motorola Filed A Complaint With ITC Alleging Apple Products Infringe MOT Patents

A trial of the International Committee for American Trade(International Trade Commission - ITC) ruled Tuesday that 24.4,Apple is infringing a patent of Motorola Mobility in the production of iPhone, iPad, and several products other products.

According to Reuters, Judge Thomas Pender at ITC said in apreliminary ruling that "the apple" has violated patents related tonoise reduction technology and other interventions during data transfer or voice signals.

The final decision is expected to be announced on May 8.2012after the entire committee to review the judge's decision.

In this case, Motorola Mobility - acquired by Google not long ago -has requested the application of measures banning the import ofequipment involved in the above rights to the U.S. market.

For its part, Motorola Mobility said they were satisfied with the decision of the ITC.

Reportedly, Apple and Motorola are confronting each other in alegal dispute other related patents.

Specifically, Apple accused of violating Motorola Mobility six of itspatents and the trial is expected to take place in June in Chicago(Illinois).
