UFC 145 Predictions Jon Jones vs Rashad Evans THE FRIENDSHIP IS OVER! 4/21/12

UFC 145 Jon Jones vs. Rashad Evans fight results is the most anticipated UFC event on 2012 so far. From the UFC 145 weigh ins yesterday all the hype will end when the two best light heavyweight fighter meets in the octagon tonight in Atlanta. Champ Jon Jones is a heavy favorite to defend his UFC light heavyweight title against Rashad Evans based on size, age and fighting skills. Jones obviously is younger, bigger and healthier to win tonight other than kickboxing gods will give Evans ability to sneak on Jones back. At the end of the night it should be Jones hand will be raised.

UFC 145 Miguel Torres vs. Michael McDonald matchup. With Torres toughness and experience, I guess McDonald is up to the challenge. McDonald is a promising talent who has speed and power that can't be denied of.

Another UFC 145 fight card is on Rory MacDonald vs. Che Mills fight matchup. MacDonald is the next St-Pierre as Dana White claims and with that said I don't think Che Mills is ready for it. McDonald is just superior on every dimension but this is a big step-up in Mills career. MacDonald will pervail.

UFC 145 between Brendan Schaub vs. Ben Rothwell should be an exciting fight. With Rothwell's power and good chin vs Schaubs speed and athletic without mentioning his AFL football tacle skills. Schaub can win this fight.

UFC 145 Miguel Torres vs. Michael McDonald matchup. With Torres toughness and experience, I guess McDonald is up to the challenge. McDonald is a promising talent who has speed and power that can't be denied of.

UFC 145 Mark Hominick vs. Eddie Yagin matchup. Hominick lost Chan Sung Jung with his carelessness but Hominick should not make the same mistake twice if he wants to win against Yagin.

UFC 145 Mark Bocek vs. John Alessio matchup. This one can go iether way with Bocek grappling skills enough to tame Alessio. However Alessio is a veteran. Tough call.

Main Event UFC 145: Jones vs. Evans

Round 1 and 3 are close rounds as both fighters exchange goodies, with more on Jones arsenal elbow, flying knee and kick. Round 2 is solid round for Jones with straight elbows stunned Evans senses. Round 4 - Evans has no answer for Jones long jabs, Evans go for a take down but Jones athleticism pave them away. Round 5 Jones looks more confident fighting Evans at distance. Jones is just unpredictable in the ring as he throws Evans for a take down but Evans abble to wiggle for position. At the end of 5 round Jones is just a clear winner fighting in his own terms, but Evans is tough as nail.

At the end of the fight Jon Jones wins unanimous decision (49-46, 50-45, 49-46)
