Having too much weight or too little weight is always harmful and each person should have the right weight according to his height.
Being too fact is considered to be one of the great phobias of the industrialized world. The simple reason for this kind of trouble is that the person is not having the healthy habits namely; required amount of physical exercise; sufficient food; required amount of work and a nice sleep.
Nowadays, people are very much attracted in visiting many joints, fast food restaurants and hotels at periodical intervals in order to have the rich diet. Especially when they are partying with their friends and relatives, they forget to measure and quantify the intake of good on account of excess eating; however, without doing any type of physical activities they keep their body weight increasing day by day and during one fine morning they find it very difficult to move from their beds.
Being too fat, especially to the point of obesity is always harmful to the health and obesity is always involved in hypertension, cardio-vascular diseases, arthritis, gallstones and other gastro intestinal ailments.
In the case of having more weight, it is considered to be more dangerous and on obesity is found to increase the risk of cancers of the gall bladder, the breasts (after the menopause) and the womb. In the case of men, it is responsible for cancers of the prostate and the kidney. It is always better to spare some minutes each day in thinking about the excessive weight or obesity.
In case the weight of the body in kilograms is divided by the square of the height in meters, the value called as the “body mass index” can be arrived. In case the body mass index is found to be between 20 and 25, it can be presumed that the weight is found to be perfectly normal and is entirely compatible with good health and in case the body mass index lies between 25 and 30, the weight should be considered as excessive and in case if it is more than 30, it indicates the real obesity.
The fact regarding obesity should be ignored and once people reach the age of 50 and above, they should be extremely cautious in their diet habits and moderate eating always helps them a lot and with such kind of food they can live a healthy live forever.
