Somalia Suicide Blast Caught On Camera

Baidoa: Suicide bomber has on Tuesday morning carried out in Baidoa city of Bay region southern Somalia against T.F.G military base killing at least one soldier excluding the attacker, officials said.

Deputy defense minister of Somali Transitional Federal Government, Mohamed Ali Atosh who is in Baidoa city where suicide attack occurred this morning, has told the state media that national forces foiled the attack, but admitted the dead of one soldier and the actor only.

Rebel group of Al-Shabab has claimed the responsibility of the attack saying that they had killed three Ethiopian officials and one Somali officer and added it was well planned attack against Somali Transitional Federal Government backed by Ethiopian troops there early today.

This is the first suicide attack takes place in Baidoa since late February when T.F.G forces backing Ethiopian seized it from Al-Shabab fighters as though deadly blast occurred at very busy market in Baidoa town two weeks ago.
