Having an advantage over the rival products Just 6 Weeks offers all in all five in-built programs exercising even the beginner to 100 push-ups and 20 pull-ups, not to mention the respective amount of squats, sit-ups and dips.
The application is straightforward in operating, once the realistic amount of push-ups or other type of exercise which the user does currently is set, the individual training program is formed. Program is designed for trainings thrice a week giving the chance to rest and recuperate between workouts.
The program also provides statistics on the performance of the exercise. In the settings of each exercise the reminders are chosen, the days and weeks of training are changed thus keeping the diary of personal records visually clear.
Each training consists mainly of 5 sets (in the last few weeks there are more). Information on the number of push-ups is shown on the screen. Large numbers centered on the screen signal how many reps should be done. Then the button Done is pressed and a countdown timer is set. It counts the time to relax before the next work out, but this period can be prolonged by pressing ´+30sec´. The program will take it into account and next time will offer more time for leisure. Also the amount of exercises can be exceeded as the user wishes.
Just 6 Weeks does not actually train the athlete but supervises trainings reasonably giving the reminders about trainings and at the same time offering the possibility to change the regime of trainings if it seems too hard to correspond. Anyway, with the intelligible control of this application customers will be able to improve their physical fitness and to achieve seemingly unattainable results of, for example, 100 push-ups or 20 pull-ups within 40 days only.
