BREAKING NEWS - there has been at least five deaths in the twisters that have struck the Midwest and the Plains as undestood from Mailonline.com dated 15th April 2012.

The Weather Gods are furious and they have expressed their rage by leaving the people in the Midwest and Plains helpless to a trail of damage and destruction in Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma as reported by Foxnews dated 15th April 2012.

Forecaster predict that the ‘life threatening’ weather could become worse and intensify.

Injuries have been reported from Woodward in Oklahoma apart from damage and loss to property – storm spotters have admitted that the tornado was large.

There was an advance warning issued by the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma a couple of days earlier that the outbreak could be of a ‘high-end, life threatening’ nature.

More than 5000 Rattlesnake hunters who had assembled in the Woods County, Oklahoma had to disperse when the tornado touched down.

Forecasts indicate that the inclement weather could be there in east Texas and Arkansas and might extend up to the Great Lakes.
