A Dacoit killed in Police Encounter at Nagan Chowrangi

A dacoit was killed while two others arrested in an injured condition in a police encounter near Nagan Chowrangi, New Karachi on Thursday.

According to the New Karachi police, dacoits were looting a man who came from a bank with money.

Police reached at the scene immediately and started firing on the dacoits near telephone exchange at Nagan Chowrangi.

In the exchange of fire, one dacoit was killed was two others injured.

The injured dacoits were then arrested by police.

Police told that they recovered weapons from their custody.

The dacoits were taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal formality and treatment.
