In Argentina a new born baby was found very much alive after being confirmed dead by the hospital administration and resting 12 hours in a morgue.

Analia Bouguet, the mother expressed deep concern over the hospital during her interview to Local Media channel TeleNoticias TV saying, “ The hospital has still issued me a death certificate of the infant rather than a birth certificate”.

Analia Bouguet, furthermore, elaborated that she is going to pursue a legal proceedings against the hospital for their marked negligence.

The said baby was Bouguet’s fifth and was a 26 weeks prematurely born as mentioned by The Daily Mail reports.

Three hours following the issuance of a death certificate, the parents visited the morgue as they wanted to see their child one more time.

Fabain Veron, the baby’s father said in the news conference, "My wife looked and uncovered the child’s body gradually to get a final look, she saw the little hand and then revealed the face, that's when it let the first little cry out.. . . I fell to my knees".

The parents informed Argentina’s Clarin Newspaper, "That night, we went to the morgue. We wanted to take a photo of our daughter, but when a member of staff opened the drawer, we heard a cry and she was alive."

The newborn daughter is named Luz Milagros, which means “Miracle Light”. She is still placed at the Intensive Care Unit as her condition is critical but it is informed that she is improving.

Five medical professionals concerned have been suspended and an inquiry into the said case has been directed by the Deputy Provincial Health Minister.

Jose Luis Meirino, hospital director told the news papers, "The baby was attended by obstetricians, gynecologists and a neonatologist and they all reached the same conclusion".

is this really 26-week premature baby, as you mentioned in your report? If its true, 26 weeks are more than 6 month period. I'm confused as it would be more than 2/3rd of total pregnancy period of 9 months. Unbelievable.
