Despite an early rain delay, the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles look as though they will get a full nine innings in, as the Orioles lead the Yankees 4-3 after six innings.

Center fielder Curtis Granderson's first-inning two-run home run got New York on the board after the game was delayed 20 minutes before the first pitch.

Derek Jeter's sixth inning RBI groundout put the Yankees in the lead, 3-2, but a two-RBI double by Mark Reynolds put Baltimore ahead 4-3 in the bottom half of the frame.

The Orioles are looking to avoid getting swept at home by the Yankees after starting the year 3-0.

Before the seventh inning an Orioles' fan ran on the field and slapped left fielder Nolan Reimold on his butt before being arrested.
