GHALLANAI: The body of one of the three persons, recently kidnapped by unknown gunmen from the defective area of Mohmand Agency was found on Tuesday in the vicinity of lower Mohmand headquarters, Ekka Ghund. Tehsildar of Ekka Ghund, Arshad Ali, told The News on telephone that they had been informed of a dead body lying near Darwazgai, an adjacent village to Ekka Ghund that they immediately collected and after identification handed over it to its relatives in Shnoghundo, a village in the disputed area. The deceased identified as Mukhtar Khan along with his two friends had been kidnapped by unknown gunmen from his house a few days before, The News learnt. It is worth mentioning that three months ago, Mukhtar's elder brother, Ikhtiar Khan, was allegedly running a gambling den in his home and had repeatedly been warned by local Taliban, denying which resulted in a fierce armed clash leaving four gamblers including his brother dead and several others wounded.
