News sources Associated Press and Shreveporttimes.com. Shreveport Louisiana. Sgt. Bill Goodin a spokesman for the Shreveport Police Department said Monday a 10 month old boy is in stable condition at Willis-Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport after he suffered a skull facture and bleeding on his brain after his mother Carmen L Paul 30, alleged threw him through a car window during an argument with her boyfriend Felthon Hall over money.
The incident occured Saturday. Hall says he was sitting inside his automobile when his son hit his head on the metal window frame after Paul threw the infant at him through the window. Hall told police he caught the child. Paul was arrested and charged with second degree cruelty to a juvenile. Hall was not arrested.
The police began investigating this case when emergency room employees called them to inform them that a child was suffering from serious head injuries.
Goodin said child protection services were called about this incident.
