Her Royal highness Queen Elizabeth II has appointed Camilla as a Dame Grand Cross on the day of her seventh wedding anniversary with Prince Charles, her son.

She was Awarded under the Royal Victorian Order, that was founded in 1896 by Queen Victoria, are only given by the queen to people who have served her and the monarchy in a personal way.

And the honor are bestowed independently of the prime minister's office. Camilla who has become an integral member of the royal family since she married the prince on April 9, 2005 - eight years after Diana's death.

After her marriage with Prince, has been engage in the Royal services and she was of the recent seen stepping out with the queen and the duchess of Cambridge.
