U.S. and Afghan agreement on night raids

On 8/4, the Afghan people demanding an end to raids fully into houses at night, after the U.S. and Afghanistan reached an agreement on the empowerment of Afghanistan commander of the raid night.

The new agreement is expected to pave the way for a strategic partnership agreement between the U.S. and Afghanistan, including the management of U.S. forces in the future after 2014, when the majority of 130,000 troops led by NATO withdrawal from Afghanistan .
