It was a sad Easter Sunday for Kaduna, a city in north Nigeria which is a major cultural and economic center when bombs went off outside a church and killed at least 20 persons as understood from The Guardian of 8th April 2012.
The car bombs exploded outside an Assemblies of God Church in Kaduna and left behind at least 20 dead. The explosives were kept in two parked vehicles.
Another version says that one of the vehicles was driven by a suicide bomber.
It reminded one of the Christmas Day bombings last year which left many motorcycle taxi drivers dead. That had been done by Islamist group Boko Haram
In this case also, motorcycle taxi drivers have been among the casualties. No one has accepted responsibility for the attack so far.
