Easter Fun Recipe
Here is an Easter themed spin on an old favourite: the deviled egg!
Simply make these delicious favourites by hard boiling your eggs.
When they have cooled, carefully slice open, keeping the top half of the egg aside.
Scoop out the yolks, mash together and add your favourite kind of mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully re-stuff the eggs with the filling. Use small pieces of olives for the chick's eyes, and a carrot sliver for the nose.
Put the lids back on and voila! You have a plate full of delightful Easter chicks to surprise your guests as they appear to be hatching out of their shells right in front of your eyes! These are sure to be a big hit at your family gathering this weekend! This is an egg-cellent recipe to make with kids!
