BBC News reported ,Senegalese singer Youssou N'Dour opposition leader Youssou Ndour appointed minister of culture.
April 5 Earlier Supreme Court forbade him to run for the presidential election, claiming that the singer has collected in his support of enough signatures. After that, N'Dour has promised not to allow re-election of President Abdoulaye Wade of the 85-year-old ,which allowed judges to run for a third term, despite the fact that it is prohibited in the Constitution.
As explained in the Supreme Court, during his first term Wada started in 2000 in the country's constitution was amended. The Court held that this term can not be considered first, and as the first to be considered a second, which began in 2007.
