A first class menu from the Titanic’s last lunch was auctioned for 76,000 pound ($120,000) on Saturday. The exclusive menu was possessed by San Francisco banker Washington Dodge. The menu carries the date April 14, 1912, the day Titanic hit an iceberg and submerged in the Atlantic.
Special menus like ‘Chicken a la Maryland’ and ‘Consomme Fermier’ were also included in 40 items offered in the historical menu, reported the Associated Press. A set of keys from the Titanic was also auctioned on Saturday, for 59,000 pounds, reported the Associated Press.
