Outrage at Secret Family Courts in the UK

I discovered the secrecy of family courts and their gagging orders last year, when I published my first 'case' on Victims Unite. Since then, I have come across many horrific stories and am visiting three parents whose children have been stolen in prison. I also wear three gagging orders with pride, as my German passport has, so far, protected me from the violence of family courts.

My outrage is due to not only the horrendous cruelties, falseties and cover-ups, but also the following statistics:

1. 75 children have died while in 'care' [in 2006]

2. 200 parents have been sent to prison by family courts [in 2005]

3. over 900 children are taken into care per month. [in 2012].

Hence I've begun to examine how much it costs taxpayers to finance the stealing of children.

The online petition The Secrecy of Family Courts should be lifted NOW has attracted over 800 signatures and more than 13,000 page views, besides most interesting comments.

But what needs to happen is spelled out by Ian Josephs, who publishes Forced Adoption and who has helped families for 40 years: "It’s time the criminal rules of justice applied in the family courts. We need parents to be considered innocent until proven guilty and also be free to talk about what is happening in those courts, without being thrown into jail."

What does it take to stop these state sanctioned legalised crimes???
