The scheduled launch of North Korea's rocket between April 12 and 16, 2012 is seen as the ghost of deceased NKorean leader Kim Jong IL that is again, haunting the world. The claim that the rocket is for peaceful use is highly doubted as otherwise. The ghost of Jong IL will remain being doubted as he was when still alive. More doubt is now ascribe to his successor Jung.

North Korea playing its nuclear toys as millions of its people are going hungry. The announced blasting of its rocket is undoubtedly, bringing more difficulties and miseries to North Koreans as United States of America will cut its food assistance in protest against scheduled rocket blast.

The Philippines especially in Luzon Island which will be a susceptible drop ground for miscaculated a disgraced North Korean rocket continues to monitor the development on the matter.
