We have more proof that media is controlling the US elections. This video provides the insight into how our media picks the president. In this case, who is behind the media or who owns the media becomes very critical.

I just have to say this after watching this video, Allvoices.com wants the community to report news and determine the popularity of it as well :-) Take control of what matters to people!

Ridiculous. Elections are not won or lost by youtube videos or google searches.

Grow up.

CookieDuster is an idiot.  He is probably obese, acne-faced, and a virgin.  The website on which you are making stupid comments isn't even a high-traffic site!  You're a fucking loser, CookieFaggot

and no need to correct my grammar; i went to one of the best prep-schools in the world.  I know grammar--I just type fast when making fun of people on the internet and thereby am prone to minor mistakes.  the point is that you are a sad, old man.

Now there's an intelligent comment.

one person could uploads a 100 Ron Paul videos that does not mean 100 people support him...

Posted By neobushidaro neobushidaro | about 1 year ago

Honestly this is the sort of bogus statistics that are help prove how dangerously stupid and gullable people are.

As the first commentor pointed out 1 person loads 100 videos it doesn't mean 100 people support.

1,000,000 people watch a video doesn't mean they support the person, they may just be trying to figure out what the hell is going on...assuming... and here comes the big one

Google can't track the uniqueness of people not logged in for google searches. While I know that theoretically they could (but it'd require horsepower and give me the creeps if they did) count every search by user xyz as only 1 search, they definitely can't track that of people not logged in.

So this person wants to suggest that by looking at google trends and youtube we can get "real" opinions. The problem with this, why people like this are hurtful to all intelligent discussion, and the reason why the established stats people are in business is because they can actually track uniqueness. They have their own problems, but honestly who doesn't, but atleast they know when they say 23%+/- 2% of people support something they can count their sample group and be sure that it's not just 1 person jumping up and down and screaming a lot like the internet.

And people wonder why this country is considered and intellectual waste laid filled with vapid idiots not worth their own salt. Of course one could assume he knows what he's doing and then we'd have to say that he's trying to manipulate people, but I say never blame on malice what can be blamed on stupidity.

Apparently there is no understanding of what constitutes "proof."

As Uncle Sam reminds us in this 4-minute cartoon, clear thinking is hard to come by when we're scared. Something like this is long overdue.
