Victoria's Secret Angels Candice and Miranda launch 2012 Swim Collection

Victoria's Secret Angels Candice Swanepoel and Miranda Kerr were on site at the the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills, California to launch the Victoria's Secret 2012 Swim Collection on March 29, 2012.

Against a backdrop of pink and white deck chairs and the Los Angeles skyline, the Victoria’s Secret models Miranda and Candice stood atop a glass-covered swimming pool, wearing bright pink and jade green bikinis that were covered up with white and cream crocheted cover-ups.

The effect of standing on the covered pool was that they could walk barefooted on water and many a Victoria’s Secret fan will agree that the ladies most certainly can!

The VS Angels also brought along a fine selection of swimwear from the Victoria's Secret 2012 Swim Collection for the photoshoot and interviews by news crews who showed up for the press release.

Angel Candice Swanepoel also brought along photographs of herself donning the swimwear which she held up as the photographers snapped away – a photograph of a photograph, hmmm…

The crocheted dresses that covered them up with a very tasteful idea and makes sense for resortwear. The white one on Miranda was rather nice. As for the bikini collection, the cute little halterneck number with pink flowers on a white background and navy and white striped piping was a definite fave.
