A surveillance video showing George Zimmerman just four hours after he shot Trayvon Martin has been released by the police.

Just yesterday, Trayvon Martin's shooter, George Zimmerman's criminal records were released and today, the surveillance video, in which he is seen just hours after the shooting. On Monday, George Zimmerman`s side of the story emerged, in which he said that he had shot Martin in self-defense. According to Zimmerman`s account, Martin hit him repeatedly and he eventually had to shoot him to protect himself. Zimmerman said that Martin had punched him bad and then hit his head repeatedly on the side-walk. Due to these hits and blows, Zimmerman received several injuries. According to his lawyer, Zimmerman had a broken nose and had a gash in his forehead.

In the surveillance video, much to everyone`s surprise, Zimmerman appears perfectly fine and there are no signs of injury evident. One cannot even see any blood on his clothes, but that might be because of the red-colored jacket he was wearing at that time.

George Zimmerman`s attorney, Craig Sonner, recently appeared on NBC`s "The Today Show" and described the video as "very grainy." He also pointed out that by the time Zimmerman appears in the surveillance footage, Zimmerman has been cleaned-up, after receiving first aid treatment in between.

The surveillance video shows George Zimmerman getting out of the police car unaided and handcuffed. He is seen walking into the police station, where he was taken after the shooting.

The release of the surveillance video has raised questions against Zimmerman`s account that he provided on the reason why he killed Trayvon Martin. One can clearly see in the video that Zimmerman is doing perfectly fine and that he has not received any life-threatening injuries.

Trayvon Martin`s parents and the people from across the nation have been demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, who was not even charged after the murder of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who belonged to Sanford, Florida.

Since Trayvon Martin was a black teenager, many people believe that George Zimmerman killed him just out of prejudice over his skin color.
