The photographer sued the actor for the crime of aggression. He also said that the actress incited violence.

A U.S. photographer sued the husband of Megan Fox, actor Brian Austin Green, whom he accuses of aggression.

The complainant, Delbert Shaw said in the legal action that the protagonist of the series Beverly Hills hit him sharply in December last year, after having portrayed the couple without their consent on a beach in Hawaii.

Shaw says in the lawsuit-which was filed in Superior Court of Los Angeles, the actor hit him in front of the Four Seasons resort, after realizing he had been photographed with his wife, who had incited the confrontation.

"Are you going to let it go with it (pictures)?" Said Armani underwear models his partner, according to the plaintiff.

After these words uttered by the actress described as the world's sexiest, Brian Austin Green pounced on the paparazzi and caused him serious injuries, according to the legal text.

The Hollywood couple has not referred to the charge. On the other hand, has not been determined whether the appeal will be accepted by the courts.
