MALAYSIAN POLITICS : 14 UMNO HED DIVISION IN KELANTAN ISNOT REGISTERED WITH REGISTER OFORGANISATION SOCIETY,R-O-S- ?N

KOTA BHARU,-KELANTAN UMNO head division of Kelantan,Datok Mustapha Mohamed, Minsiter of International Trade and Industry is in the hot soup due to the fact it's UMNO Division in Jeli isnot legally registerd with ROS

according to ROS sources in Kota Bharu, many of UMNO division in the states never registered their organisation with the ROS

sources said, legally, if it isnot registered, it would be consideder illegal society

He said, as to avoid any disconvinience in the future, as UMNO head division he should take prompt action to register the organisastion

ROS sources said.

Tanah Merah UMNO top leadership, probably is not qualified, legally to contest for the Tanah Merah Parliment seat due to the fact that it's branches, was dissolved on November 15th, 2007.the number of the organisation registered with Register of Society is unknown

according to ROS officical in the Kota Bharu, declined to be quoted said, ROS on November 15th 2009 has terminated the branches due to the technical facts

Director of ROS Malaysia,Datuk Abdul Rahman has issued an official letter to the head office of UMNO in Kuala Lumpur stated that 126 branches in the district of Tanah Merah never exist and isnot registered with Kelantan ROS.

Due to the political turmoil in UMNO Tanah Merah, former UMNO Tanah Merah secretary filed the case to the Kuala Lumpur High court on June,7th 2011

On the July 14th 2011,High court judge,Abang Iskandar ordered ROS to pay RM1,000 to Amran Abdul Rahman due to the negligence,not giving the requested document,requested by Amran

September 23rd, 2011, High court ordered UMNO to pay RM 3,000 for Amran Abdul Rahmad

On November 15th November 2011,the high court started hearing the case and fixed Jan,26th 2011for another hearing

On March 21 2012,Kuala Lumpur High court continues the trial

In April 24th1987, High court judge in Kuala Lumpur, Datok Hashim has barred the UMNO and declared it' as illegal organisastion.

Prime Minister,Tun Mahthir Mohamed, then registered the party with the new name, UMNO Baru
