Tyra Banks, Deborah Harry andwere the Belles of the Ball as they attended the Endometriosis Foundation of America's 4th Annual Blossom Ball at the New York Public Library.
While Deborah Harry, Ms Blondie herself, lead singer of the group called “Blondie” who many of us loved listening to back in the day, donned an unusual royal purple and black number (not sure if I can do it justice by attempting to describe it!), models and TV personalities Tyra Banks and Padma Lakshmi wore dresses in similar designs – note the scalloped patterns on both their dresses, which are quite different yet similar!
Personally, I like the sequins and marabou feathers on Padma’s strapless gown, which is great for a red carpet style gala event – or a ball, as in this case. However, the very Art Deco looking number on the statuesque Tyra is pretty terrific as well!
Chef and philanthropist Aslihan Koruyan Sabanci donned a lovely black tiered gown, while actressdressed in a little more casually in a monochrome black outfit of pants and short-sleeved top, accessorized with black oxford shoes.
Also attending the ball were several models(what a lovely red!), Kaitlin Raymond (loved the shimmery material!), Cory Kennedy (in a sparkling gold sheath!), Lonneke Engel, (gorgeous turquoise cuff!) and Genevieve Morton at Blossom Ball, flashing a bit of leg with that thigh-high slit!
To create the most appropriate atmosphere at the Blossom Ball, the table settings including what else but lovely towering branches of pale pink blossoms, also in celebration of much-awaited Spring!
