Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge joined her in-lawsand Camilla on a trip to Dulwich Picture Gallery to watch children produce artwork on March 15, 2012.
Catherine donned a lovely grey dress, which featured a pleated skirt and black flowers on the bodice, accessorizing with a black clutch bag and matching black pumps.
Prince Charles wore similar colors, looking dapper in a grey pin-striped suit with a striped tie and grey kerchief in his breast pocket, while wife Camilla looked lovely in a navy blue dress with white collar and cuffs, which she accessorized with a delicate cream pearl strand.
The royal couple also seemed to be enjoying themselves thoroughly and laughed as they produced artwork alongside their daughter-in-law Catherine and the children who produce art there in conjunction with Charles’s Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts.
After playing hockey with Team GB at Riverside Arena in Olympic Park, Catherine took up an iron, along with her father-in-law, Charles, the Prince of Wales, who never ceased smiling and joking as he produced artwork as part of the art facilities and children’s programs at Dulwich Picture Gallery.
Many of the children are extremely artistic and talented. That sketch of Prince Charles, one assumes, made by the little girl was quite impressive!
Enjoy moments from their visit to the Dulwich Picture Gallery in my slide show… Don’t know about you, but it makes me want to bring out my fabric paints and create some wearable artwork myself!
