According to Yury Malov, head of Irkut subcontractors, said this contract was signed with Group Association Aerospace Vietnam (Vasa).

Accordingly, this group will design and develop a mini unmannedaircraft, weighing about 100 kg and a remote control system to operate it for Vietnam.

In addition, this group will also participate and support the training of maintenance engineers Vietnam and the use of unmannedaircraft until the Vasa has "enough experience" to produceaircraft the driver.

He also adds that unmanned aircraft will initially be used forVietnam civilian purposes.

He also revealed that Irkut ready "mass production" unmannedaircraft to Vietnam if Vietnam is in need.
