Prison a dumping ground for misfits?

anyone apart from me heard mentality in culture that if some one does not fit culture, maybe for highly moral reasons, that some people who are supposedly nice and upmarket incrowd, can get so high minded they feel they can pressure police to just lift them into prison? Like picking up a nun objecting to a whore racket, just to get rid and culturally dissociate? I think it has been in air a lot around Barnsley, particularly for the last few years.

People are not taught by good leaders to avoid ruthlessness and learn that being left out of big paid accepted culture may be due to discrimination or illegal practices by business leaders. That is hardly mature. Yet society asks for no better level of adulthood. Adult discipline is a difficult matter. You wonder who they have got on the inside and made society's 'forgotten ones' by means of such ruthlessness? Anyone prepared to cry out and get such talk stopped?
