A violent and shocking video of Ethiopian woman who has been recruited as a domestic worker in Lebanon shows how indifferent passersby were to her while being abused in public in daylight .

The woman is heard here crying for help in Arabic language while no one came to help her against the rogue members of the recruitment agency. Many people are seen passing by while the culprits try to shove her into a private car.

The incident has sparked anger among Ethiopian community who have demanded both the Ethiopian and the Lebanese governments to take action against the culprits of the act.

There are thousands of Ethiopian domestic workers in the Middle East particularly in Lebanon and incidents like have happened on several occasions without concrete steps being taken by the concerned governments.
