(Check It Out! Picture & Video!) MANILA, Philippines- A concerned citizen named Dezzy Belle who posted photos online of a dog which was put inside a sack and tied behind a sport utility vehicle receives massive comments and goes viral.

According to report, Dezzy Belle were on there way to SM Baguio when she saw on the back of a car (outside) carrying a dog which she felt it was an abusive act. She took pictures of it and immediately reported it to nearest police station.

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) with the cooperation of The Land Transportation Office (LTO) immediately tracked down the owner of the said vehicle. It is registered to a certain Apollo International Cagayan Trading which based in Quezon City. As per PAWS they will file a formal complaint against the driver or the owner of the car.
