Man sold drugs out of bar to informants of the police

A man from Conway, PA , Pete Maravich III pleaded guilty to one county of delivery of a controlled substance because he sold cocaine and marijuana out of his Harmony Township, Pa bar.

Beaver County PA police said confidential informants. People working with the police said they were able to purchase drugs a couple times in July 2010. The bar is now closed. When it was open it was called Pistol's Last Chance Saloon.

The informnants met Maravich wearing recording devces.

There has been no date set for sentencing . Maravich is free bail. Ronald Rojas is his lawyer. He might be eligible for Pennsylvania's Intermediate Punishment Program
