
In Turkey it is found a rare copy of the Bible which was written in Aramaic language and it returns to the pre-1500 years, indicate that the Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) predicted with the appearance of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) after him.
This event is still running in the Vatican,so Pope Benedict XVI has called to preview the book, which has remained in the shadows of more than 12 years, according to the British newspaper "Daily Mail".
The Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Ertgoul Gunay commented saying that: "The book value is estimated at $ 22 million, it contains a prophecy of the Christ, about the appearance of the Prophet Muhammad after him, but the Christian church proceeded to hide it in all the past years because of the similarity with what came in the Quran about it.As the content of this version of the Bible is similar with the Islamic faith.
In the copy of the Bible says that Jesus told one of his priest asked who his successor, he answered: "Muhammad is the holy name, he is descended from Ishmael the father of Arabs."
The Turkish minister Gunay added " the Vatican had formally requested preview the book, which became the possession of the Turkish authorities, after his disappearance in 2000, at the Mediterranean in Turkey, and then it was accused a gang of Antiquities smugglers had stolen it through illegal excavations there and their trial is running currently."
Pastor Ihsan Ozbek Said to the Turkish newspaper "Zaman" :
"The copy of the Bible is dating back to one of the followers of St. Barnabas as they wrote in the fifth or sixth century, while the Rev. Barnabas lived in the first century AD for being one of the apostles of Christ."
While Professor of Theology Umar Farooq, Hermann explained : "The scientific examination will enable us to detect close to the actual age of the copy , so it will determine whether actually written by St. Barnabas, or one of his followers"
It is noteworthy that the manuscript of the Bible by Christ in Syriac language, valued at $ 2.4 million, it will be displayed in Alonthogravea Museum in Ankara.
The Turkish authorities also from its side decided to transfer the copy of the Bible to the museum to maintain and preserve them from damage for being one of the cultural assets.
