Afghanistan President pro men beat their wives

Afghanistan's president Hamid Karzai

Afghan President Hamid Karzai recently he has publicly voicedsupport for their husbands beating wives, one legal religion in order to limit women's rights.

This action was his human rights organizations protestedviolently. Council of Afghanistan Islamic scholars (Ulema Council)has recently promulgated the "Ordinance" behavior, which stipulates that: women not to go out without male guardians, not in contact with strange men in public places like schools, supermarkets, offices; men can beat women in cases related tothe regulations, rules of religious teachings. In addition, this Ordinance also more women to restrict divorce.

At a press conference in Kabul, Karzai has expressed support forthis ordinance. U.S. newspaper said that Mr Karzai can publicly support this ordinance in order to ingratiate Taliban.
