Washington: U.S. Department of Defense The Pentagon said five Taliban prisoners from Guantanamo Bay yet not decided to move to Qatar. Pentagon spokesman told foreign news agency Guantanamo Bay detention facility closure decision is clear. But any decision about the transfer of prisoners there is not. Any decision about it according to U.S. law and would be consulting with Congress. In Kabul, Afghan officials said earlier that five Taliban prisoners at Guantanamo Bay U.S. prison in Qatar has agreed to move and it is expected that the initiative for reconciliation will strengthen efforts in Afghanistan .
