2012 Kaamulan Tribal Festival (photos)

The Kaamulan Tribal Festival is a yearly celebration to honor San Isidro Labrador. The celebration of the seven tribe is filled with ethnic songs, dances,games, crafts and rituals. Banners, banderitas and alcoholic beverages.

The music palyed in the Kaamulan is something that is sweet, haunting sound of native music.

The festival was celebrated last March 1 to 6, but locals may extend celebrations depending on the organizer.

The Kaamulan was celebrated first in 1974, since then the festivitiy became a national celebration for Malabalay, Bukidnon.

On March 10, organizers invited artist from Manila as thanks giving to the success of the Kaamulan. Kapamilaya and Kapuso star will join force the celebration.
