PHOTOS & Videos: New ' iPad3' reveals, sharper picture than a HD TV

In a press conference in San Francisco ,Apple CEO Tim Cook opened a new presentation without any surprises, he today introduced the new version of iPhone sales expected to reach 60 million units when it goes on sale March 16.

The giant Apple introduced after months of anticipation third version of its popular iPad3 tablet equipped with a higher image quality, thanks to more pixels and higher resolution than previous versions.

The new iPad3 - 635 grams instead of 589 for the iPad 2 and 9.4 mm thick instead of 8.8 mm - has a more powerful processor (A5X) and a graphics chip quad-core with an HD Retina screen with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels (1920x1080 cons of the two) . Technical performance perspective, are also announced compatibility 4G, a camera of 5 megapixels, HD video recording, camera iSigh with auto-focus, face detection and image stabilizer.

"more than a million pixels high definition television,and ability to connect to 4G mobile data networks at speeds of up to 73 Mbps" said Cook.

A kind of "Siri light" made its debut on the iPad but only for "dictation". The new model only has a new button "microphone" on the virtual keyboard, and a dictation program that works in English, French, German and Japanese.
