1.Lie,hands of body along,legs streight,relaxing,and calmer,through nose for breath in slowly,after breath out same.Repeat to 6 times.

2.Turn head in right.Put palm of right hand on left neck side and smooth her from a corner of low jaw to clavicle.Same doing of left hand from right neck side.Repeat to 3 times.

3.Alternately smooth of palms a forehead from middle to temples for 10 sec,after rub temples of fingers middle ends.Repeat to 8 times.

4.Hands keeping for a body along,relaxing,doing of 4 breath in deeply and breath out,rest to 30 sec.

5.Ends of four bending fingers under sculls to level of ear s corners and stronger pressing,after weaker for 6 sec.Repeat train to 4 times,doing pauses in 12 sec.

6.Closing eyes,of fingers both hands,smooth eyelids from an internal eyes corners to external.Repeat to 5 times.

7.Rise hands through sides up,palms together,after stretching,breath in,and after,low hands for a body along,breath out.Repeat to 5 times.

8.Hands in sides-breath in,slowly breath out,stretching to breast of right,left bending in knees legs.Repeat to 5 times.

9.Breath in,chew press to breast,in breath out doing of around head moves in right,left.

10.Rise left,breath in,and low-breath out.Leg not bending.Repeat to 5 times.

11.Hands in sides,breath in,sit,incline in front,touch of fingers to feet-breath out.Repeat to 5 times.
