Israel's foreign ministersays the country is ready to help treat Syrians injured in the uprising against President Bashar Assad.
Lieberman's spokesman Tzachi Moshe said that Israel was willing to relay the aid via one of the United Nations' agencies, or through any other international organization.
"The aid would be purely humanitarian, and Israel would not get involved in Syria's affairs," Lieberman's spokesman Tzachi Moshe added.
Lieberman, who is currently on an official visit in Bulgaria, told Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev that it is impossible for the international community to resign itself to the daily killing of innocent people in Syria, Ynet news reported.
On Friday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that 10 people were shot dead in Baba Amr on Friday. Another 12 people, including five children, were reported killed as a shell crashed into a crowd of demonstrators in Rastan, near Homs. Fifteen further deaths were reported elsewhere in the country.
Some 47 Syrian soldiers who attempted to defect were executed in the northwestern province of Idlib, the Syrian Network for Human Rights reported on Saturday, Alarabiya news reported.
Meanwhile, Syria's official news agency SANA said that a terrorist blew up a vehicle at an intersection in Daraa near the border with Jordan on Saturday and the attack has caused unspecified casualties, including civilians and members of security forces.
Residents told Reuters news that a white Kia car exploded in a park near amilitary checkpoint in Daraa, shattering windows in the area and leaving a huge craterand. At least seven people were killed and another eight injured.
Opposition activists in Deraa denied the explosion was caused by a suicide bomber but did not give an explanation for the attack.
In related news, two French journalists who were evacuated from Homs arrived Friday at a military airport near Paris, where they were to be met by French President Nicolas Sarkozy, AFP reported.
A plane transporting wounded reporter Edith Bouvier and photographer William Daniels arrived in Paris from Beirut after they were smuggled out of Homs.
