The Amy Winehouse Foundation announced to fund a scholarship at the theater school where the late singer's voice was nurtured.
The late Amy was just 13 years old when she got into the Sylvia Young Theatre in London after she auditioned and hit her own version of “On the Sunny Side of the Street”. Sylvia Young is hoping they could find another Amy although there will only one Amy Winehouse.
According to the father of Amy the scholarship will be given to a child who has seen good potential in music but cannot afford to maintain the fees. The foundation aims to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
