US electro-pop upstarts LMFAO will perform at the Barrowlands in Glasgow on March 10th.
(TRAVPR.COM) UK - February 23rd, 2012 - Glasgow's famous Barrowland Ballroom is set to welcome chart-topping US pop duo LMFAO next month.
The pair, who shot to fame when their signature song Party Rock Anthem became one of 2011's biggest selling singles, will perform at the Scottish venue on Saturday March 10th.
With tickets priced at £12.50 plus booking fee and the show open to people aged 14 and above, the concert will offer young fans and families a chance to enjoy LMFAO's unique brand of feel-good party music.
Going by the stage names Redfoo and SkyBlu, the duo formed in California in 2006 and released their debut album Party Rock in 2009.
However, it was not until their second LP Sorry for Party Rocking emerged last year that LMFAO began to feature on charts and radio playlists around the world.
As well as Party Rock Anthem, the album has spawned the hit singles Champagne Showers and Sexy and I Know It.
Doors at the Barrowlands are due to open at 19:00 GMT. Concert-goers aged 14 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult and ID will be required.
