International soccer: Uganda cancels friendly against Egypt

The Uganda FA has called off there would be friendly encounter against Egypt.

This is after the organisers changed the venue of the match from Cairo to Doha, Qatar and the dates to just days before the qualifier match.

The team coordinator Crispus Muyinda announced yesterday that they had looked at the date for the friendly and after discussing with the technical committee felt that it was not viable for the Ugandan team to travel and honour the match. READ MORE
